Autumn with Isabelle

Baby Photography Wollaton

Isabelle’s mum, Heather, got in touch with me on Instagram in September 2018. She and her husband welcomed Isabelle into their lives a couple of months previously, and decided that they wanted to document their new addition with some personal, unposed photos. Like so many families, they took their time researching photographers. They knew what they didn’t want – no posing, no studio – so we were a great match for each other.

Heather wanted to incorporate some of the gorgeous autumn colours in a place they visit all the time – Wollaton Park. It’s honestly a great location for family photos, because you don’t have to go far to find large trees that provide that lovely colourful background, and if you’re lucky you might even spot a deer.

Before we headed out to the park we spent some time at home. It was a great way to capture some of those lovely natural smiles from Isabelle. Because they missed out on a newborn photoshoot I wanted to ensure there was plenty of detail and feeling in these photographs.

Here’s Isabelle’s gallery.
