When your family is big, you all live in different places, and there’s an important anniversary to celebrate, it only seems fair to mark the occasion with a family photoshoot. While most of the family photography sessions I do are about capturing the real life, every day stuff that is so normal it passes us by, from time to time I get asked to capture a big special moment like this.

So this was the task - spend 1-2 hours with a family in their back garden during a special time. Eight adults and six kids can be a whirlwind of chaos, and it’s absolutely my job to capture that! Thankfully the sun was shining, the weather stayed nice, and the come and go nature of hanging out at Grandma’s house made all the kids pretty happy.
