Wedding Photography 2026-27
Hey hey! Here’s where you’ll find the pricelist for my wedding photography packages, as well as some extra info to help you have an amazing wedding day. Enjoy!
Hey,
I’m Caroline
And I might be your wedding photographer. I’ve been doing this since 2018 and over the last few years I’ve really wanted to focus as much as possible on the real, natural moments of a wedding day, and I take a relaxed, hands-off approach.
I live in Chester with my husband and our two children, our dog and caat. I’m an outdoor loving indie kid, a terrible plant parent, a some time baker and a kitchen raver. I love a bit of 6Music, and I’m always up for a Brooklyn 99 marathon, or maybe an episode of Ghosts.
This is a wanky photo of me, I agree, but I miss having this hair
How does all of this stuff work?
Let’s chat
Lots of couples find a zoom chat really helpful in deciding whether I’m the right photographer to capture their wedding. If you love everything you read in this brochure, the next step is to have a video call to get to know each other, and talk all about your day.
You’re booking in!
If you decide I’m the right person for the job, I’ll send you a booking form, contract and invoice, all in one email to keep everything simple. Once the deposit and contract are back with me, you’re all booked in. Woohoo!
A pre-wedding catch up
6-8 weeks before your wedding is a great time to have another meeting. Usually by this point a lot has moved on with plans, and you’ll have all your final times. We can go through a questionnaire and make your plan together, and get excited about how it’s all going to go. I love these meetings!
It’s your wedding day!
The big day arrives. I’ll be there to make sure everything goes according to plan, and get loads of photos of moments you don’t even know are happening. It’ll be amazing. You’ll have the best time!
There’s something in your inbox
Within a week you’ll receive a load of photos from me. These are sneak peeks - a quick edit on a small selection of your finished gallery. Think 30 photos. I’ll send them to you on WhatsApp, and pop a link up on my website that you can send your guests to so they can see too.
Your Wedding Photos Arrive
In the weeks after your wedding I’ll back up the photos and choose my initial selection of images. These won’t include anything unflattering (no one looks great mid blink), any duplicate images or anything too blurry to even be considered art. I’ll then start to edit, and trim the gallery down further so you receive a carefully curated selection that encompasses all the people and parts of your day. Galleries are typically delivered within 8-10 weeks.
Galleries are hosted online for a minimum of 12 months, and if you opt to have a highlights video included (more on that later), that’ll be there too. Your gallery is powerful! It can be shared easily, you can hide anything you don’t want others to see, and you can download things from it as much as you like. It’s got a shop too, so you can get faff-free prints and albums.
people of all races, religion, sexualities and gender deserve to celebrate their love and lives together. All are welcome here.

It’s my job to document your day how it happens, from the smallest detail to the biggest moment, without repetition, intrusion or direction. Your wedding is not my photoshoot. Your guests are not models. I want you to feel the love and joy of the day fully, without performing for me and my camera. I just want to show you a gallery full of feeling.
Tips for an epic wedding day
You Do You
Weddings often come with a set of expectations and traditions, even down to who stands where as you walk back down the aisle. Keep whatever you want and ignore the rest. No one is keeping score. The wedding police will not come for you if you don’t cut the cake.
Herding cats
Getting 120 people to move into one place takes time. Venues typically take 30 minutes to get everyone seated after they’ve asked everyone to move, because suddenly everyone needs to have a wee and go to the bar. The lesson here is not to stick to a rigid timeline, but build in gaps so the stragglers can catch up.
There’s such a thing as too Drunk
No one wants to ruin a nice time by falling asleep in their meal at 5pm because they’ve had too much, or watch your mum slide gracefully off a hay bale. The antidote to too much too soon is to make sure there’s plenty of canapés, as well as stuff to do. Garden games are a great strategy to stop people getting leathered before the evening do kicks off.
Eat the Cake!
Tradition dictates that a cake is cut after everyone’s eaten dinner, and immediately before the first dance, but there’s nothing to stop you cutting it in the middle of the afternoon and having it served during the drinks reception. Don’t go to the expense of a cake if no one will eat it!
Brass bands are harder to ignore than spotify playlists
The vibes of a day very rarely form all by themselves. While your mates might be super lairy after a few drinks on a night out, most people are surprisingly well behaved at weddings, especially early in the day. So if you want people to let loose on the dancefloor, you’ve got to get on it yourselves, and get the music right.
The Key to those epic confetti photos?
Get a big basket. Fill it with paper confetti - a minimum of one big handful per guest. Choose a colour mix you like.
Et voila.
I highly recommend buying your confetti from flutterdarlings.co.uk, and using the code CAROLINEGOOSEY at the checkout for cheeky discount.
Highlights Videos
Imagine you just got married, and you want to relive the day. You open your phone and there’s a 3 minute video there with little clips from the whole day, from getting ready to having a right old knees up. Your family’s in it. Your friends are there. You can share it, you can put it on your socials, you can keep it forever and watch it whenever you want to be transported back to your day without having to watch a feature length film.
That’s what a highlights film is. And because it’s made up of short clips, set to music, I can film it while I’m taking your wedding photos - on the same gear! It’s every bit as streamlined as just photos alone. (As an added bonus, I’ll bring another photographer with me to make sure we’re still getting all the good angles in photo and video.) And unlike a full videography service, you don’t have to accommodate a separate team with all the extra gear and tripods everywhere. Check it out and see what you think!
Photo Albums + Books
-
A layflat book, or a fine art heirloom collection of memories? Leather or velvet? 20 spreads or more? Regardless of your card stock and album style, you choose a cover option that will look brilliant on your coffee table, and stand up to be looked at for years to come.
There are a few different options available for albums, with prices starting from £175 for a lay flat album and £335 for fine art. Both options are printed in the UK by professional print labs.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

Couple Photos
Your wedding is not my photoshoot, and you’re (probably) not models. But sometimes it’s nice, when you’re all loved up and there’s a nice lady with a nice camera, to have a few photos to capture the moment.
My approach is about as relaxed and low-stakes as it can get - 20 minutes to have a walk and a chat, maybe some hugs, and if you’re feeling daft you might want to do some piggy backs, practice your first dance or run a little race.
And though it sounds intense and possibly a bit cringe, it’s worth it to get just one lovely photo that you adore, that you can get printed and put up in your home, that transports you back to your day when you see it. I won’t treat you like a model or get you posing in an unnatural way. A walk and a chat and a few hugs is all it takes.
Group Photos
As a mainly documentary photographer, it sounds counterintuitive to say that I think group photos matter, but it’s true. Over time these photos become some of the most valuable we’ll take, so I think it’s worth giving them plenty of effort. There’s no pressure from me to have any, but most couples give me a list of 4-6 key groups to photograph. I aim to get them done quickly but carefully, so you can get back to enjoying the day.

Ready for the next step?
Usually on a video chat we talk about what we’re having for tea, have a little pet introduction chat, and eventually start talking about the wedding day. If you’re ready to take this next step with me, book your video chat in below.
