Wedding Photography Packages

The Jim & Pam

8 hours of wedding day coverage, which could get you from ceremony to party.

Great for weddings that start a little later in the day, with scope to still capture all the fun.

The Jake & Amy

10 hours of photo coverage, which means you get to have every part of your day documented. This is usually ample time to cover getting ready to your party.

You’ll get the works.

The David & Patrick

I start a couple of hours before your ceremony, and stay until at least 11pm - when the dancefloor is really getting messy. And I come with another photographer too, so you get about 12 hours and more photos, with two of us capturing all your fun!

All 8+ hour bookings include:

- A full consultation prior to booking, and another before your wedding day.

- Travel within the UK, and a night’s hotel stay. If an extra night away is required, or if you’re getting married abroad, I’ll discuss expenses with you as needed.

- A curated gallery, edited by Caroline in a true to life colour style.

- A minimum of 500 photos.

- An online gallery, live for a minimum of 12 months, where you can print, share and download your photos as often as you like.

- Unlimited personal license to print and share.

- A promise never to interrupt you when you’re having fun, boss your guests around or treat your wedding like it’s my photoshoot.

Capturing the day without interference or direction

Looking for a wedding photographer can feel a bit overwhelming, so I try to keep it simple.

Here you’ll find info about all the different wedding photography packages I have, plus some added extras. If you like what you see, get in touch and I’ll send you a quote.

The couples I work with want someone who’ll capture the day organically, without too much interference or direction. I believe this is a collaborative relationship, where we get to know each other and communicate about what matters on the day. It means you get someone who’s totally on your side and knows exactly what’s happening on the day (so you can relax and enjoy it) and I can deliver a gallery filled with genuine moments of loveliness.

If you like what you see you can get in touch on the form at the bottom of the page to get hold of my full brochure (a deeper dive into all this) and start chatting with me about all your plans. I love hearing all the different ways people choose to celebrate their wedding, whether it’s on a mountain side in Wales or a pub in London and everywhere inbetween.

Emily + Marc

Caroline was the perfect choice for our wedding photographer.

Her documentary style of photography and ability to blend into the background made us and our guests feel comfortable, and she captured some beautiful and authentic moments. Her communication was brilliant throughout and we are so glad that we booked her for this very important role. Our venue was quite dark and lighting can be challenging, but Caroline still found lots of creative locations and she worked with the lighting to create atmosphere.

Like a good blooper reel, these are the extra bits that make everything that little bit more special.

Get in touch for your bespoke quote

If you think I could be the right person to capture your wedding, we should definitely talk.

My books are open for weddings in 2026, 27 and 28, all over the UK. Some couples like a zoom chat, others just want to get it booked and sorted. Whichever option you prefer, I’ll be in touch with a quote and a link to book a meeting if you want one. And if I’m not available, I’ll recommend some people who might be just right for you.

I can’t wait to hear from you!
