Matt and Liz’s Microwedding
Matt and Liz’s wedding didn’t follow tradition. Even though Matt wore black tie and they exchanged rings and said vows, there was plenty of quirk to their wedding plans. To begin with, their adolescent son was also their best man. Furthermore, they had only 5 guests. It was not a big family wedding, but it was still grand, still special, and still full of heart.
They’ve shared so much of their lives together by this point that going to the fanciest hotel in Chester, drinking champagne and eating steak just felt like all they wanted to do. Matt and Liz hired me for a couple of hours to take photos of their ceremony, and a few extra bits like group and couple photos. Here’s what we got up to.
