A microwedding at Langar Hall, Nottingham

On Saturday I popped to my old city, Nottingham, and to the ever beautiful Langar Hall, to photograph Janine and Chris getting married. They opted for a small celebration with immediate family, in the stunning countryside setting to the south of the city. Having only ever visited Langar for a seriously posh meal, I was excited to see how they accommodate a wedding. It was fantastic.
We had two hours to play with, with the ceremony taking up roughly 30 minutes. This left plenty of time for candid moments, group photos and some gorgeous couple shots. Looking at them now, youβd never know we were dodging rain showers every 15 minutes and hoping for a few sun rays to break through the grey cloud. The yellow facade of the building is such a great backdrop, even on the greyest days, and complemented beautifully by sprays of wildflowers.
Here are some sneak peek photos of their wedding.
