Photos From a Sheffield Micro Wedding

Georgia and Josh got married yesterday at Sheffield Town Hall. They were undeniably themselves. From choosing outfits and styles that showed off their alternative flair, to getting ready and walking down the aisle together. Their wedding was a perfect fusion of tradition (rings, a suit and dress) with alternative wedding choices. Walking into their hotel room was like meeting a group of old mates, as I photographed Georgia’s sister’s wedding two years ago and we had such a good vibe.

One of the things I adored about Georgia and Josh’s wedding was just how excited they both were to be making their vows to one another. Finding your person in life is a combination of luck and perseverance, and making promises in front of people you love can be scary. But at every stage these two gave each other excited little grins, and everyone just knew it was right.

Micro Wedding Photography Explained

If you’ve ever wondered what can be captured in three hours of wedding photography, look no further than this post. Georgia and Josh booked me for short coverage of their wedding in Sheffield. During that time, I captured some of them getting ready together with their friends, a short walk to the town hall (even with a quick posed photo en route), candid photos outside the registry office, the wedding ceremony, epic confetti, more candids, group photos, and finally some portraits. So if money or time are constraining your choices when it comes to wedding photography, I’m here to let you know that you still have options. You can still have a varied, beautiful gallery of photos.

Let’s see them then!
