I'm Caroline

I’ve been a wedding photographer for about 7 years. I started off photographing my kids, then some friends asked me to photograph their kids, then some other friends asked me to photograph their wedding. In 2017 I photographed my sister’s wedding at the Bluecoat in Liverpool, and a friend’s wedding in France, and I was hooked.

I just adore telling stories, capturing real moments, and sharing the way I see the world. Normal moments, the every day stuff we see all the time, has magic in it, and that’s what I’m trying to capture. Whenever I work with a couple or a family my goal is to give them something real. An authentic retelling of a moment.

That’s all really airy fairy, but that’s how I work and how I feel about the photographs I take.

When I’m not taking photos I’m often walking with my dog, baking, or quite possibly have my nose in a book. I’m motivated by simple things - a roast dinner in a cosy pub at the end of a long walk, the views from the hills in North Wales, shout singing along to Taylor Swift with my daughter in the car and watching Taskmaster with my son.

I have an unhealthy addiction to Vinted. I love weather that slaps you round the face. My favourite TV programme is Ghosts (criminally underrated). If I had to choose a last meal it’d probably be ramen.

I live in Chester with my kids, dog and very patient husband, and I photograph weddings all over the UK.

Think we’d be a good match?
